FAQ

Common questions

What if I don't even know what I need?
That's completely normal — and honestly one of the best reasons to book. Tell me what your church is trying to do and we'll figure out the "what" together on the call.
Do you know my specific gear?
Probably! I work with ATEM switchers, OBS, ProPresenter, PTZ and traditional cameras, budget wireless systems, comms, and more. If it's church-livestream related, there's a good chance I've used it or reviewed it.
I'm not very technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most people I help aren't technical — that's the whole point. I'll explain things in plain language and meet you where you are.
Can you help remotely, or do you have to be on-site?
Almost everything can be done remotely over a video call with screen sharing. For hands-on team training, on-site visits can be arranged — just email me.
